Relaxing atmosphere, great anniversary service, accommodating staff, really good value for money, large and clean rooms.

Nothing could have been better.

We loved the location of this hotel as it is near to two train stations which made it easy to explore the city. the room was very spacious and the bathroom had a huge jet tub and even an individual sauna. the service was excellent and the free amenities such as snacks and drinks were a nice touch. the breakfast was also great, with a variety of options to choose from.

The entertainment options were limited on the TV and the room service menu did not have any English translations.

I was actually surprised by the luxurious amenities at Balian Resort Kinshicho. The jacuzzi, sauna, and outdoor open-air bathtub were a dream come true. The remote-controlled room service made ordering easy. Plus, the complimentary wine, ice cream, desserts, and juice were a good touch. I highly recommend this hotel for a indulgent experience.
